As a bridge of information between scuba diving and the world of fitness, this writing is an overview of sources from both industries including Diver’s Alert Network (DAN) information, five book reviews, articles from major dive publications, references, resources, websites and links. My goal is to summarize relative information and formulate basic exercise protocols specific to our current diver population.
